3 Shallow Bowls For the almond flour, egg mixture and coating

Ingredients
12ozwhole mushroomscleaned, stems on or off
2large eggsbeaten
2tbspheavy whipping cream
1/3cupalmond flour
1 1/4cupspork rind crumbs
1tspItalian seasoning
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/4cupgrated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepperto taste
Oil sprayfor greasing
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 200°C.
Add the almond flour to one shallow bowl. In a second shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy whipping cream.
In a third shallow bowl, combine the pork rind crumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Roll each mushroom in the almond flour, dip into the egg mixture, then coat in the pork rind crumb mixture.
Lightly grease the air fryer tray or basket with oil spray.
Place the coated mushrooms in a single layer and air fry for 8–10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot with your favourite keto-friendly dip.
